always amazed how the traditional media will focus on negative details
and will report on just about anything that they deem necessary in order to increase their
ratings and God forbid they should report news that can have a huge
positive impact on us all.
Meanwhile, a major discovery took place in
the first week of July 2007 that
proved that the entire book of Jeremiah is accurate to a fault. Yes, the
book of Jeremiah that was written thousands of years ago and is the
inspired Word of God is just as relevant today as it was in Jeremiah's
To the believer this isn't earth shaking because we believe that every
word written in the Bible is inspired by God Himself and therefore we do
not need evidences to shore up our faith. However, the non-believing
world could benefit from this kind of discovery.
Imagine being a scholar
or individual who for years and maybe even a lifetime has sought to
disprove the Bible or wasn't sure that it was inspired by the Lord. Now imagine that in the first week of July 2007, God
for His own reasons, reaches down through the vast reaches in time and
opens a door and grants Professor Michael Jursa from Vienna who
happens to be a Assyriologist, the privilege of discovering a gold tablet
that is the size of 10 packs of cigarettes, that just happens to nail down King
Nebuchadnezzar ll's "chief officer" that is named in the 39th chapter of
Jeremiah. The chief officer paid a sum of gold to the Babylonian temple
in 595 B.C.E. 12 years prior to the siege of Jerusalem. This little and
overlooked detail that most of us would never pay attention to proves
that the narrative of Jeremiah is accurate down to the smallest of
Jeremiah probably never knew
that this small detail that he made sure to include in his (God's)
writings would in the year
2007 A.D. prove his writings to be a valid and reliable historical record, not to mention
proving that God's Word wasn't the ravings of some men who had
overactive imaginations. Jeremiah was a Prophet that people just didn't
listen to and was largely ignored and it's as though God reached through
history and said to us in 2007, my Prophet did matter. God knew that
Professor Jursa would spot this tiny detail and tell the world that His
Prophet was right all a long and God made sure it happened in a time
where there would be those who would take notice. Jeremiah you nailed it!
Here's what scholars and
students of the Bible must surmise from this huge discovery. If a small
and unforgotten (by man) detail like this is correct and proves the
narrative and date of Jeremiah's writings to be 100% accurate, then the
laws of logic will lead us to conclude that the Bible in it's entirety
must also be accurate and if it is, logical people will have to conclude
that something outside of our time domain has guarded and protected
every word written in this book and made sure it's integrity over the
centuries has remained unstained by men and the world. One has to
conclude that the one outside our time domain protecting His words must
be God. At least people with common sense will agree with this, however,
those who have gone off the deep end towards insanity, they may see it
differently and that difference may be to their own peril.
If one point in the Bible is
correct the whole of the Bible is correct and that means men and women
must wrestle with the truth of the Bible which naturally leads all of us to the
(Jesus Christ Messiah). What will the world do with the facts surrounding the
greatest God-man that ever lived and we believe is still alive today? What will the
world do with the revealed truth that He's returning for His own and it
could be right now?
The time has come for people of good conscience to make up their minds
which side of the fence they choose to stand on. The time to think about
it and put it off is growing smaller and smaller by the day. If you're
reading this and you haven't decided if you believe in Christ as the
Messiah, do it today, you may not have a tomorrow!
Thank you Jeremiah for your
commitment to detail and your obedience to God!
Because, in truth, because they have misled my people, saying, "Peace,"
when there is no peace; and because, when the people build a wall, these
prophets smear whitewash on it. Say to those who smear whitewash on it
that it shall fall.

Has anyone ever asked you why it
is that you believe the Lord is coming? Easy to answer...just ask them
to look at the headlines below and then read Ezekiel, Joel, Zechariah,
Matthew 24 and Revelation. If they had questions, that should provide the
answers for them. Here's a good idea, use our reports at your next home Bible study

"Many nations shall come and say, Come, and let us go up to the mountain
