Today’s
Issue for: October 27, 2006 3rd Quarter in Review… Below I have listed a series of headlines that range in date from October 4, 2006 through October 25, 2006. The headlines tell an interesting story that has been developing for years now and now in the fullness of time, are finding there fulfillment in the year 2006.
For years now there has been a looming war that has been brewing between Israel and it’s enemies. This should not come as a surprise to any student of the Bible. We have also seen the establishment of Russia and China’s power base being setup in the Middle East for quite some time now. It should be noted here, China and Russia are not seeking to be Israel's friend, in fact, the opposite is true. The only ones that really seem surprised and caught off guard by these developments are the egocentric politicians of our day who seem to live in a self delusional bubble of non-reality!
Just take a minute and look at the titles of the headlines listed below. You don’t even have to read the article to see the common thread that God has woven through our headlines. It’s as though He is telling us all a story and in that story is a warning to us and the world at large. The warning is, “are you ready to meet your God?” Just as Ezekiel and Revelation warn - Russia and China are now ready for the assault that they will be part of in the near future, an assault that will come against God and His people who dwell in Israel. It’s coming and the war that is about to happen in Israel is just another one of those birth pangs that will eventually draw the world into the final battle that Joel, Zechariah and Revelation talk about. The other common thread woven in these headlines is the coming nuclear holocaust that will happen as well. The Middle East is about to experience a huge build up in nuclear weaponry, most likely brought about by China, Russia, North Korea and Iran. Interesting isn't it how Russia and China keep popping up throughout the headlines world wide? Coincidence? No. It's happening because that's exactly what scripture says will happen.
The headlines show the story of a world gone mad and that is upside down. Right is wrong and wrong is right, just as the Bible said it would be right before the return of Messiah. The story also shows a world that is losing it’s grip and becoming more and more incapable of finding viable solutions to the pressing problems of the day. The last message woven into the headlines is the call from God’s people, the Jews, for the return of their Messiah! That time is fast approaching as well.
I believe with all my heart that the LORD has purposely allowed the world to get to this point – the place I call, “the point of no return.” The world is beginning to gasp for air and it finds itself completely confused and bewildered by the relentless problems it is facing. The world of course will not call upon God for help, that’s to easy, yet, their pride and hate for God, a hate driven I believe by Satanic forces, will cause them to exhaust all efforts on solutions that only make the problems worse , as we are now seeing with the Road Map to Peace and the War on Terror. All of this will ultimately lead the world to one final conclusion…The world needs a powerful leader! God will give them what they want – He will allow the Antichrist to surface and he will for a season be all things to all people. But, soon after, God will pull the curtain back on the Wizard Oz and the world will see him (the Antichrist) for who he really is an imposter. This is where we are in history right now. I really believe we are the generation who will witness God’s Final Plan come together. Headlines That Tell a Prophetic Story… The headlines have been assembled in date order.
