This past Sunday my wife and I were in church and I felt led by the Spirit to read the following scriptures; Psalm 83 and Joel Chapter 3.

Today, as I did some research I ran across this headline. The news article deals with the Saudi Peace Initiative that the King of Saudi Arabia has pioneered as the best chance for peace between Israel and the Arabs. Sometimes when I read the headlines and read what others are commenting on within the headlines, I just want to scream with frustration. It's as if the politicians of our day are living in some kind of altered reality. Here's what I mean...

Excerpt:
The Saudi Initiative, originally proposed by King Abdullah of Saudi Arabia in 2002, states that Israel would receive "normal relations" with the Arab world in exchange for a full withdrawal from the entire Gaza Strip, West Bank, Golan Heights and eastern Jerusalem, which includes the Temple Mount.

In other words, if Israel will only give up 70% of its God given land then we can have peace. What amazes me is that our new President thinks this is a step in the right direction. Believe me, I'm not really surprised that Obama thinks like this, I expected it, however, when you actually hear it - it just doesn't compute. To see what I'm saying look at this map - all the pink and green areas are the zones that the Arabs want in exchange for a false peace plan. The heart of Israel would be cut out and its borders under this plan would not be defensible. This in effect is slicing Israel up into non productive pieces. We should remember, that whoever participates in this will pay a heavy price for their collective actions. Unfortunately, at some time in the near future, Israel will probably go along with a plan similar to this. We know that something similar to this peace plan will eventually come into existence because Messiah Yeshua will have to return to defend Israel and stop the destruction of His land and His people. This can be found in the Zechariah 14 . Also, the book of Daniel is clear in detailing a false peace plan that will lead to the near destruction of Israel. That fact that President Obama is so focused on Israel only points to the soon return of Yeshua our Messiah!

In conclusion, lets look at the scriptures the Spirit of God led me to read while in church and see if these scriptures make sense to us in this generation and in light of the article I've made reference to:

Psalm 83:2-8:
For behold, Your enemies make a tumult; And those who hate You have lifted up their head. They have taken crafty counsel against Your people, And consulted together against Your sheltered ones. They have said, "Come, and let us cut them off from being a nation, That the name of Israel may be remembered no more." For they have consulted together with one consent; They form a confederacy against You: The tents of Edom and the Ishmaelites; Moab and the Hagrites; Gebal, Ammon, and Amalek; Philistia with the inhabitants of Tyre; Assyria also has joined with them; They have helped the children of Lot. Selah (to ponder and think on it)

Joel 3:1-2:
"For behold, in those days and at that time, When I bring back the captives of Judah and Jerusalem, I will also gather all nations, And bring them down to the Valley of Jehoshaphat; And I will enter into judgment with them there On account of My people, My heritage Israel, Whom they have scattered among the nations; They have also divided up My land.

The scriptures above clearly point out the folly and foolishness of the Saudi Peace Plan and should cause any rational person to flee from interfering in God's land and with His people. As I have reported repeatedly, the United States is in grave danger if we pursue any kind of peace plan that is not fixed solidly in scripture. Israel should never be asked to make peace with the enemy of their soul, with people that have sold their souls to the Devil and have sworn to see all Jews wiped off the planet! We should have learned this lesson when we gave up parts of Europe to the beast, Hitler and look at what he did with the notion of peace...he slaughtered millions of my brethren.

Mr. President, are we destined to repeat history once again? If you continue down this road you will bring to the United States of America great tragedy and suffering. If President Obama takes the Bible literally - he should stop while he has the opportunity, otherwise his actions are akin to making a declaration of war against the God of Israel and that is never the right choice.
